REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, C1TY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIVE YEAR
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S
FOUR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the Five-Year Implementation Plan
after the Agency holds the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Implementation Plan as prepared constitutes the Plan for the
City's Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project Area, El Camino Corridor Redevelopment
Project area, Gateway Redevelopment Project Area, and the Shearwater Redevelopment area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency hereby approves the Five-Year
Implementation Plan for the City's four redevelopment project areas.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 26th
day of April, 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, and Eugene R. Mullin
Vice Chair Joseph A. Fernekes and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: Boardmember Penna.
