or bids for doi~ the sewer const~ction work provided for in the resolution adopted by

All said work shall be done at thc location shown upon the plans hereinafter ~uen-
tioned, ar;d strictly in accordance with the plans sm.d specifications heretofore submitted by
the works engineer of said City of South San zrancisco for said v.~or~r. Ail said xork and
materials used in oorm~ection there'.:~ith shall, l}e R~r~ished under tau direct~on and to the
satisfaction of the works engineer of said city.
The contract for said v~ork shall be entered into .and said v~ork shall bo ~}erformed
in strict accordance with the provisions of that notice entitled: "~otice invit~in~ saaled
proposals or bids for the construction of an outfal! sewer extendir4-~ westerly zrom the
sewer s~rving the Lindenville Housing Project," v.~hicn notice for~ls a part of the
resolution hereinbefore mentioned.
The Mayor of said city and the City Clerk are hereby aut,horized and
directed tin ti~e name of said city and nnder its seal, to execute the contract
