RESOLVED that, whereas the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
did, on the 20th day of Llarch, 1045, pass its resolution of intention No. 984 to
order t'ne street work described in said resolution of intention to be done in said
city, which resolution of intention was duly and regularly publis±'~ed, as Pe:.uired
by law, as appears from the affidavit of Logan Prankli~ now on file in the office
the City Clerk of said city; -and
'~;]'.E~A3 notices of the passage of said resolution of intention
were duly and regularly ~}osted alo~ the line of said contemplated v;ock and im-
provements and in front of all the property liable tot e assessed t!~erefor, and
along all tie open streets within t~e district in said resolutio'n of intention
described, in the ms~nor s~d form required b,r law, as apl.ears from the affidavit
of Norman Hyndins, Superintendent of Streets of said city, now on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said city; and
