iNT0 A CONTRACT WiTh Ti-~ SOIP~'~'~'
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco t~mt said city
enter into a license ~agreement, effective as of the 1Rth day of April, 1945, with
Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, to enable said city of South San Franc!soo
to construct, reoonstruot~ maintain ~nd o~rate a fifteen inch vitrified clay pipe-
line crossins for the purpose of sonveyin2 sewages, said sh~oture to be constructed
beneath t~e property of said Southern Pacific Company~ at or near South San Frahc~c~
statio~ in said city of South San 2r~cisco.
Th~ >~{ayor of said city and the city clerk are hereby aut~orized ~nd directed,
on behalf of said city, to execute the a[~re~m~ent hereby authorized.
