RESOLUTION GRANTING PEFJ,~ISSION TO IVAN M. HAYS
TO BE ABSENT FROM THE STATE OF CALIFOHNIA.
RESOLVED by the city counoil of the oity of South'San Francisco that per-
mission be, and the same hereby is granted to CouncilmAn Ivan M. Hays to be absent from
all meetings of said City Council to be held between the 21st day of May, 194§, and the
31st day of July, 1945, by reason of the ilness from which said Ivan M. Hays is now
suffering and also, for that reason, to be absent f~om t~e State of California during
said period of time.
I hereby certify that tt~e foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of t~e City of South San Francisco,
held on the 21st day of May, 1945, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, ~M. Minucciani, G. W. Holston, Charles K. Elder
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Ivan M. Hays
