RESOLUTION VACATING THE RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF TtAE CIT~ OF SOUTH SAN.
FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF S~;~ERS AND A PUMPING PLANT.
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that t~at certain
resolution entitled: "Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
providing for the construction of sewers and a pumping plant," which resolution was
adopted by said city council on the 28th day of November. 19~4, be, and the same hereby
is vacated and set aside, and said City Council hereby a~andons the project provided for
in said resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st day of May,
1945, by the following vote:
