RESOLUTION OF £f~ARD 0F CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF
AUTOMOBILE
WiiEREAS 'the city council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session,
on the 4th day of June, 1945, open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids
submitted for the purchase of t hat certain automobile hereinafter mentioned.
RESOLVk~i) by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that all said
bids, except that next hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same hereby are rejected, and
said City Council hereby awards the contract to Santo Pascuzzi, the highest re-
sponsible bidder in cash for said automobile, at the amount of his bid, to-wit:
Four Hundred and twenty-five Dollars ($425.00).
The automobile hereinbefore referred to is that certain Chevrolet 5 cylinder dump
truck, with detached body, bearing engine No. T-0VOV251 and serial No. 5Rbll-lV41.
The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed, upon the receipt of said sum
of money, to execute all documents necessary to transfer the title of said automobile to
said succsssful bidder.
I hereby certify that tee foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of t~e city council of the city of South San ~ '
zranczsco this 18th
day of June, 1945, by the following vote:
