RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement witl~ ti~e city of San Bruno and t±~e ~ni.~ed State of A~erica for
maintenance and operation of an outfall sewer, subst~.ntially in the form annexed heret¢
and made a part hereof. £he ~',~ayor of said city and t~e city clerk are hereby authoriz~
and directed, in tl~e name of said city and under its seal, to execute the contract
he reby authori zed.
