RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco ti~at said city
enter into a contract with the United State of America, Federal Public housing Authority,
wherein said city shall agree to construct, maintain and operate a supplementa.1 sewer
main to which the United States of America shall connect the onsite sewage collection
system of War Housing Project No. Calo-4033N, consisting of approximately 152 portable
dwellings located within said city, and wl~erein the United Stat~of America, Federal Public
Housing Authority, upon completion of said construction by said city, agrees to pay to
said city Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars (95,600o00), which contract snail bear date
the 23rd day of March, 1945, and be in t~e form accompanyi~ the letter of John J°
Fitzgerald, Regional Counsel, dated at San Prancisco, California, July 3, 1945.
The '-Mayro of said city and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the agreement herein aut~orized.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of the city of South San Francisco this 10th day of July~ 1.o45, by the
