VfHEREAS the outfall sewers of said City of South San Francisco are now inadgquate to take care of
the s~vage of said city;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said ~ity Council ~oes hereby
detern~ine that pu :lic interest and necessity demand the acquisition~ construction and completion by said
City of South San Francisco, a m~.!nicipa]., corporation, oF an interceptor sewer amd an outfal! sewer in
th~ southerly portion of said O~ty of South San Francisco; that said improvement is convenient and
necessary to carry out the objects, purposes and powers ~f said city; that the estimated cost of said
improv~ents is Sewmty-five Thousand Dol!ars[~?~r,000.O0), and the cost of said improvements will be too
great to b~ D,~id out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said City of South San Francisco, and
v~ll~ ~n addition to the other e~pend~tures of said City of South San Francisco, exceed the income and
revenue for any one year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted st a regular meetin[I of
the City Council of the City of South Stun Frmncisco this 23rd day of July, 194~, by the following vote:
