RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CI'I~f OF SOL~£H SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING M~.~0RA~U~ OF AG~~ ~R EXPEND-
iTURE 0F 1/~ CE~ GAS T~ ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHW~S
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public '~Vork~s, Division
of Highways, has presented a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project statement
submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas ta~ for the 1948-~7 biennium allocat-
ed for State highways in the City of South San Francisco; and
J~ER~, the city council has heard read said a,oreement in full and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco t±~at
said agreement for expenditure of the 1/~ cent gas t ax allocated for State high,ways he and the
same is hereby approved and the ~ayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on be-
half of said City.
