RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Franc~ sco that said city hereby accepts that
certain deed wherein Perry Liebman and Ysabel Liebman, his wife, convey to said city an easement for the
construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of sanitary sewers and storm water sewers dn and through
all those certain tracts of parcels of Zand situate in the City of South San ~rancisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and described as follows:
Parcel 1
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the following deecribed center line:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly boundary line of Brentwood Subdivision No. 1 distant thereo
S 50o 49' 25" W 6.434 feet from its intersection with the easterly line of Aptos Way, as said subdivision amd
Way are shown on that certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. i South ~an Francisco, San Mateo County
California" filed for record ~n Book 24 of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence from said
point of beginning, N b° 10T 35" W 122.242 feet to a~poiut 95 feet distant, at right angles, northwesterly
from the aforementioned boundary line; thence N 50° 49' 25" E, and parallel to said boundry line, 270.296 feet
to point "A", said point being ~ feet distant, at right angles, northeasterly from the northeasterly'line of
a 40 foot-right of Way of the 'San Francisco Water Department; thence continuing N 50° 49' 25" E 91.059 feet to
point "B"~ thence continuing N 50° 49' 25" E 350 feet; thence N 32° 31' 00" E 284.257 fee~t to a point on the
southwesterly boundary line of the aforementioned subdivision, distant thereon N 30° 44' 40" E 5 feet from
its intersection with the center line of Brentwood Drive as said drive is shown on the aforementioned map.
Parcel 2
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying $ feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at po~nt"A", mentioned and described in Parcel l; thence from said point of beginning
N 30° 25' 43" W, parallel to and 5 feet distant at right angles northeasterly from the northeasterly line of
a 40 foot right of way of the San Francisco Water Department, 300 feet.
Parcel 3
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly boundary line of Brentwood Subdivision No. 1, distant
thereon N 50° 49' 25" E 5.059 feet from its intersection with the southwesterly line of Pinehurst Way, as
said ~ubdivision and way are shown on that certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. i South~San Fran-
cisco, San Mateo County, California" filed for record in Book 24 of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo
Co~uty Recrods; thence from said point of beginning N 30° 25' 43" W 96.118 feet to point "B", mentioned and
described in Parcel 1.
Parcel 4
A parcel of land bounded by the following described line:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Brentwood Subdivision No. 1 as said .corner is shown on
that certain map entitled "Brentwood ~Subdivision No. i South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California"
filed for record in Book 2h of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence, from said point
,.of beginning, N 29° 4~' 00" W, along the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real, 132.484 feet; thence S
1~' 20" V~ 48.666 feet; thence S 300 44' 40" E 60 feet to a point; thence Sou{heaSterly, on the arc of a
cur~?e to the right, having a~ radius of 11,940 feet and tangent to the last mentioned line at the last
mentioned point, 72.~182 feet; thence N 59° 36' 07" E 46.548 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolutdon, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Countil of the City of South San Francisco, this 22ud day or'August, 1945, by the following vote:
