RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that those certain plans and
specifications entitled: "Plans and specifications for the construction of improvements in the tract of
land known as Brentwood Subd~Jvision No. l", submitted by Chas. T. Broughton, Works Engineer of said city,
be, and the same hereby are adopted for the improvement of Brentwood Drive, Rockwood Drive, ~nor Drive,
Springwood Way, Aptos V~ay, and Pinehurst Way, for the full length thereof, as shown on that certain map enti~
ed: "Brentwood Subdivision No. I South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California", which map was filed in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Hateo, State of California, July 20, 1945, and recorde
in Book 24 of Na~s at pages 55 and 56 thereof, by constructing therein sanitary sewers, storm sew-ers, asphal~
concrete pavement, concret curbs, gutters and sidewalks, and by the construction of a sanitary sewer for the
full length of each thereof, and, as a part of the sanitary sewer system herein provided for, by the const~uc
ion of sanitary sewers in all those certain parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San }~teo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1
A strip of land 10 feet in width l~ing 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly boundary line of Brentwood Subdivisio~ No. i distant
thereon S 50° 49' 25" V~ 6.434 feet from its intersection with the easterly line of Aptos Way, as said sub-
division and way are shown on that certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivisio$ No. i South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California" f~.led for record in Book 24 of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records;
thence from said point of beginning, N ~o 10' 35" W 122.242 feet to a point 95 feet distant, at right angles,
northwesterly from the aforementioned boundary line; thence N 50° 49' 25" E, and parallel to said boundary
line, 270.296 feet to point "A", said point being 5 feet distant, at right angles, northeasterly from the
northeasterly line of a 40 foot right of way of the San Francisco Water Department; thence continuing N 50° 41
25" E 91.059 feet to point "B"; thence continuing N 50° 49' 25" E 350 feet; thence N 32° 31' 00" E 284.257
feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary line of the aforementioned subdivision, distant thereon N 30°
44' 40" E 5 feet from its intersection with the center line of Brentwood Drive as said drive is shown on the
aforementioned map.

Parcel 4
A parcel of land bounded by the following described line:
Beginning at the most northerly comer of Brentwood Subdivision No. 1 as said corner is shown on that
certain map e~titled "Brentwood Subdivision No. I South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California" filed for
rec~d in Boo~ 24 of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Ma~eo County Records; thence, from said point of beginning,
N 29° 44' 00" W, along the southwesterly line of E1 C~ino Real, 132.484 feet; thence S 59° 15' 20" W 48.666
feet; thence S 30° 44' 40" E 60 feet to.a point;, thence southeasterly, on the arc of a cruve to the right,
having a radius of 11,940 feet and tangent to the last mentioned line at the last mentioned point, 72.182 feet;
thence N 59° 36' 07" E 46.548 feet to the point of beginning; and as a part of the storm water sewer system
herein provided for, by the construction of storm water sewers in all those certain parcels of land situate in
the ~ity of South San Francisco., County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:

point of beginning, N 0° lC' 35" W 122.242 feet to a point 95 feet distant, at right angles, northwesterly from
the aforementioned boundary line; thence N 50° 49' 25" E, and parallel to said boundary line, 270.296 feet to
point "A", said point being 5 feet distant, at right angles, northeasterly from the northeasterly line of a
40 foot right of way of the 'San Francisco Water Department; thence continuing N 50° 49' 25" E 91.059 feet to
point "B"; thence continuing N 50° 49' 25" E 350 feet; thence N 32° 31' 00" E 284.257 feet to a point om the

intersection with the center line of B~entwood Drive as said drive is shown on the aforementioned map.
Parcel 2
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at point "A", mentioned and described in Parcel 1; thence fro.m sadd point of beginning
N 30° 25' 43" W, parellal to and 5 feet distant at right angles northeasterly from the northeasterly line of a
40 foot right of way of the San Francisco Water Department, 300 feet.
Parcel 3
A strip of hnd 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly boundary line of Brentwood Subdivision No. 1, distant thereon
N 50° 49' 25" E 5.059 feet from its intersection with the southwesterly line of Pinehurst Way, as said sub-
division and Way are shown on that certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. I South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California" filed for record in Book 2~ of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Nateo County Records;
~hence, from said point of beginning N 30° 25' 43" W 96.118 feet to, point "B", mentioned and described in Parcel 1.
Parcel 4
A parcel of land bounded by the following described line:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Brentwood Subdivisio~ No. 1 as aaid corner is shown on that
certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. i South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed for
record in Book 24 of Maps at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence$ from said point of beginning,
N 29° 44' 00" W, along the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real, 132.484 feet; thence S 59° 15' 20" W 48.666 feet;
thence S 30° 44' 40" E 60 feet to a point; thence southeasterly, on the arc of a curve to the right, having a
radiUs of 11,940 feet and tangent to the last mentioned line at the last mentioned point, 72.182 feet; thence
N 59 36' 07" E 46.548 feet to the point of beginning, ~e, and the same hereby are adopted as and for the plans and
specifications for doing said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduoed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of ~outh San Francisco, this 22nd day of August, 1945, by the following vote:
