ttESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
~CE AROU~ THE CORPORATION YARD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
VfHERFAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 20th day of
August, 1945, open examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids submitted for the construction of a wire
fence seven feet in height and eight hundred feet in length around the exterior boundary line of the cor~orat.
ion yard of said City of South San Francisco at the O~ange avenue Park in said city;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that all said bids, except that
next hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same hereby are rejected, mud said City Council hereby awards the
contract to Anchor Post Fence Company of California, at ~e amount of its bid, to-wit: Fourtee~ Humdred
T~enty-eight and 50/100 Dollars ($1428.50).
The Nayor and the City. Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of said city and under
its seal, to execute the contract hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counc~
of the City of South San Francisco on the 4th day of September, 1945, by the following vote:
