RESOLVED by the Gity Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby requests
the City and ~ounty of San Francisco, State of C~%lifornia, to execute to said City of South San Francsco
a deed conveying an easement for the purpose of constructing~ reconstructing and maintaining a i)ublic
street or highway over and upon all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of gouth San
Francisco, County of San l~teo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Lot 17 in Block 3, as said lot and block are shown on that certain map entitled: "Valley Park
Subdivision No. I, South S~n Francisco, Cal.", which map was filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on ~rch 2~, 192~, in Volume 12 of
at pages 21 and 22.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolute, on was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco 1~ 19th day of September, 19~, by the following
vote:
