Whereas Ivan M. Hays has submitted his resignation as a member of the City Council ef the City
of South San FranciSco and said resignation has been accepted by said City Council;
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco ~hat G. A. Anderso~ be, and he
hereby is appointed as a member of said City Council to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of said
Ivan M. HaSs.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regUlarly int2oduced and adopted by the
Ci~ Council of the City of South San Francisco this 1st day of October, 1945' by the following vote:
