RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR A~'J A~R CO~SSOR.
W~EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did. in open session, on the 1st day of October, 1945
duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals submitted for furnishing to said city an air compressor,
pursuant tea resolution of said City Council directing the p~blication of a notice inviting sealed proposals
er bids for the furnishing of such air compressor, adopted September 19, 1945;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Geuncil hereby reJecta
all bids amd proposals submitted for furnishing such air compressor, except that next hereinafter mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for furnishing such air compressor te Edward R. Bacon Company
at the price named in its bid, to-wit, the sum ef Fifteen Hundred mud forty-five an~ 22/100
n llars ($1545.22).
Said air compressor shall, in all respects, meet the requirements set forth in said resolution.
Upon the delivery ef said air compressor to said City of South Ban Francisco, the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to deliver to said successful bidder a warrant of said city
for said amount ef money.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council ef the City of South ~an Francisco, this 15th day of October, 1945, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G.A. Anderson, Victor ~eido, Charles K. Elder, Geo. W. Holston, M. Mimucciani
