HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1059-1945 NO. 1059 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING A~SSES~NT WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of said city upon the property declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention Ne. 984 entitled: "A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to improve the streets of the subdivision in said C~ty of South San Francisco known as Southwoed No. 3, "adopted by said City Council on the 20th day of March, 1945; THEREFORE, RESOLVED by said City Council that said assessment be, and the same hereby is confirmed. The Superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby directed tc deliver to the contractor, whe performed the work mentioned in said resolution of intention, said assessment, to which shall be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said assessment, in the form required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council ef the City ef South San Francisco, this 15th day ef October, 1945, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmma G.A.
