RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Sou~h San Francisco that said city hereby accepts
that certain deed wherein Joseph Benetti and Niccola Benetti, his wife, convey to said city an easement
for the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of a storm water sewer in and through all
that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and desceibed as follows:
The E~sterly three (]) feet, front and rear measurements, of Lot T~enty-none (29), in Block
Seventy-Nine (79), as aborn, upon that certain mp entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal.
Pl~t No. l", which map was filed in the office of County Recorder of the County of S~n Mateo,
California, March l, 1892, and recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to ca, se said deed, togetheh with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introducted and adopted
by the City Council of the Cit~ of South ~ Francisco, this 5th Day of November, 1945, by the follow-
ing vote .'
