RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby
accepts that certain deed wherein Francis L. CampbeLl and Grace L. Campbell, his wife, convey to
s.~id city an easement for the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of a storm water
sewer in and through all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
The Westerly five (5) feet, front and rear measurements, of the Easterly ten (10) feet,
front and rear measurements, of Lot Twelve (12), Block Seventy-nine (79), as shown upon that certain
map entitled: "South ~an Francisco San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. l", which map was filed in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, March l, 1892, and recorded in Map Book
2 at page 52.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of ~he County Recorder of the County of ~an Mateo,
California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San FranCisco, this 22nd day of October, 1945, by the
~ollowing vote:

Noes, Councilmen None
