RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING FIRST
SUPPLemENTAL M~IORANDU~ OF AGREEmeNT FOR EXPenDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE
HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, has presented a first supplemental memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement aubmitted by the City for expenditure of the ~/4/c~nt gas tax for the 1945-47 beinnum
allocated for State highways in the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is lamP. liar with the
contents thereof;
~ THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that
said agreement for expenditure of th e 1/4 ce~t gas tax allocated for State highways be and the
same is he~eby approwed and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1945.
