HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1067-1945RESOLUTION NO. 1067 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CANCELLING THE TAXES FOR G~ERTAIN PROPERTY REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF CALIFCR~,KIA. WHEREAS the Sta%e of California has acquired the title to the land hereinafter described, which land formerly belonged to Domenica Garbarino; RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said' City Council hereby cancels the taxes on all that certain real property situate in the City of ~outh San Francisco, County of San Mateo, S~ate of California, described as, Beginning at a point on the easterly line of San Bruno Road in the City of South San Francisco, which point is distant south 51 degrees 4 m~nutes 39 seconds west 125 feet from the intersection of the easterly line of San Bruno Road, and the northerly line of thbe B~ri Burl Rancho; thence south 38 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds east 139.85 feet; thence south 51 degrees 6 minutes 39 seconds west 25 feet; thence north 38 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds west 139.83 feet to the easterly line of San Bruno Road; thence along said line of San Bruno Road, north 51 degrees 4 minutes 39 seconds east 25 feet to ~he point of beginning. Be~h~ Parcel 23 of San Bruno Road Tract. Excepting therefrom so much thereof as was conveyed by Domenica Garbarino and Stephen Garbarino, her husband, to State of California, for highway purposes, by deed dated September 26, 1928, and recorded November 26, 1928, in Book 386 of Official Records at page ll2, San Mateo Co~mty Records. Containing 0.049 of an acre, or less. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco thie 19th day of November, 1945, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, M. Minucciani, G. ~. Holston, Charles K.
