TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO..
Buri-Buri Homes, Inc., a corporation o~anized and existinK under the laws of the State of
California, being the owner of more than one-fourth (1/4) of the area of the land hereinafter described
and representing more than one-fourth (1/4) of the assessment value of said territory, according to the
last equ~.lized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo, State of California, hereby asks that the land
hereinafter described, w?~ich is uninhabited territory, be included within tho corporate boundaries of
said City of South 'San Francisco and that said City of South San Francisco proceed to annax said uninhabited
territory ~m said City of South San Fran.zisco.
The uninhabited territory hereiabefore r:~ferred to is aL1 that certain tract or parcel of land
situate in the County of San Nateo, State of California, and partdcularly described ~s follows:
Begin at a point on the southwesterly line of the state highway known as E1 Camino Real, sa~d
line being the southwesterly corporate lira!tee line of the City of South San Francisco,~t the intersection
of said line %~lth the center line of ~',elve Mile Creek, said point being the most easterly corner of that
certain tract of land described as Parcel i in deed frcn Edward P. Murphy, Trustee, to California Pacific
Title Insurance Company, dated October 9, 1945, and recorded October lC, 1945, Recor~er's file No. 67884F,
Records of San Mateo County, California;
Running thence from said point of beginning northwesterly along said southwesterly line of E1
Camino Real the followinj courses and distances, on the arc of a curve to the left, the center of which
bears South 51 degrees 13 minutes 43 seconds West 2967 feet frcm the point of beginning of this description,
having a r~Aius of 2967 feet and a central angle of 9 degrees ~43 minutes 45 seconds, an arc distance of
503.81 feet; thence North 48 degrees 30 minutes West 647.53 feet to the intersection of said southwesterly
line with the southwesterly production of +dne southeasterly line of Oak Avenue, as said Oak Avenue now
exists in the City of South San Francisco; thence North 63 degrees 06 minutes 45.seconds East, along said
last mentioned line, which is also the corporate limits line of the City of South San Francisco, 67.38 feet

of the State of California entitled: "An act to provide for the alteration of the boundaries of incorpora~ ed
towns and cities by the annexation of uninhabited territory thereto and for the incorporation of such annexed
Serritory in and as a part of such municipality, and for the districting, government and municipal control
of such annexed territory'', Statutes of 1939, Chapter 297, as amended,
