Council of the City of South San Francisco that Elizabeth 0ttenfield be, and she hereby is appointed City Clerk of the City of 0curt San Francisco. Said Elizabeth 0ttenfield shall give a bond to 'tho City of South San Prancisco conditioned for the faithful pcrforma~nce of her duties in tt~e amount of .'Yifteen Thousand Dollars, ( ooo. co ).
