"A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR HOLDING A GENERAL
MUNICIPAL ELt~CTION IN SAID CITY ON Ti{E I~INTH DAY OF
APRIL, 1946", PASSED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL ON TH!~
~VTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1946.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Souta San Francisco as follows:
The paragraph of said resolution, appearing on page 2, providing for the voting
place for Voting Precinct E is hereby amended so that said paragraph, as amended, s~ll read
as follows:
Voting Precinct E shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco
Precinct No. 8, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County
of San ~ateo and the voting place for said Voting Precinct E shall be in Rogers' zarage at
No. ~$ Park~ay in said. city.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish in The Enterprise, a newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in said City of °outh San Francisco, a notice of
election, in which t~e chance herein provided for shall be made.
I hereby certify that t~e foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisc~, this 12t~ day of ~arc~, 19~, by the
following vote:
