A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUT!i SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR N(T!CE OF }FlAR-
ING THE PROPOSITION TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS OF
LAND iN Ti~ CITY OF SOUTI[ SA! FRANCISCO.
IiENEAS t±~e City~'~ouncil of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore re-
ferred to the City Planning Commission of said city a proposition to rezone the lsmd here-
inafter described; and
WHEREAS said City Planning Commission considered the proposition of rezoning said
land at a public hearing held on th.e 6th day of ~larch, lf,46; and
~¥HEREAS said City Planning Con.~nission did, on the t3th day of

a certain resolution, in which it is provided as follows:
Resolved 0y the City Council of the City of South San Praa cisco that t he City
Planning Co~m~ission of said city be, and hereby is required to consider the areas of land
hereinafter described, with a view to rezoning the sssae, and tr_at said City Planning Commission
recommend to said City Council the regulations and restrictions to be emphasized therein
with r~spect to the pz~rposes for w}~ich eac?~ of said ar(~as ma2? be used~ in the event that each
one of said areas may be rezoned. Said City Planning Commission is instructed to make a
tentative report with reslect to each of said areas 'of land and to hold a public hearing there-
on on the 6th day of I'.~arch, 1945, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chamber in
the City Hall in said city. After holding such hearing, said C_it~ Planning Com~aission shall
submit its final report ~ith reference to each of s.9;id areas of land.

Hall of said city be, and tf~e same hereby are fixed as the 'time and place when and whet
all persons particularly interested, and the general public, may have an opportunity to
be heard and show cause why the land hereinbefore described should not be rezoned in
accordance with said report of the City Planning Commission.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish by one insertion in The Enterprms
a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City of South San
Francisco, a notice in substantially the followin~ form:

Notice is hereby given tact the City Planning Commission of the City of South San
Francisco has filed in the office of 'the City Clerk of said city a report relative to pro-
posed rezoning of ti'lo land hereinafter described and ti'let said City Council of the City of
South San Francisco proposes to rezone said land in accordance with the recommendation of
said City Planning Commission.
Notice is fu~rther hereby given that said City Council will hold a public meeting
on Friday, the 22nd day of ~:1arch, 19~8, at the hour of ~:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall in said city, when and where all persons particularly interested,
