A RESOLUTION 02 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

AND COUNTY 0F SAE FP~]CISC0, DATED JANUARY 25, 1946.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
hereby accepts tl~at certain deed, dated January 25, 1946, wherein the City and County of
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, conveys to the City of South San Francisco, a muni-
cipal corporation, the land hereinafter described, subject to the reservations and con-
ditions set forth in Ordinance No. 3571 of the City and County of San Francisco, a copy of
which is annexed to said deed and made a part thereof.
Said land is situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Wateo State
of California, and described as follows:
Lot IV in Block 3 as per ].~ap of Valley Park, Subdivision No. 1, South San Framcisco,
recorded ~arch 25, 19~5, in Volume 12 of Maps at page ~2, Official Records of San I~ateo County.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said deed, to.!?ther tvith a certified
copy of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~llarly introduced and adopted
by t~e City Council of the City of SoutD_ San Francisco, this 1st day of April, 194~, by the
following vote:
