OF A FENCE IN 0RANCE AVENUE PARK IN T!~E CITY OF SOUTH

Wi~EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 18th day
of ~larch, 1946, duly open, examine and declare all sealed, proposals or bids for the construc-
tion of a fence in Orange Avenue Park in the City of South San Francisco;
~SOLVI~D by said City Council of the City of South San Francisco 'that said City
Council'hereby rejects all said sealed proposals or bids, except tlmt next mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for said work to Cyclone Fence Division· a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of California, at the price contained in its bid,
to-wit: The svuu of One ~nousand Tlzroe ~.~undred and Ninety-eigt~t Dollars (~1,398.00).
The l~iayor of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed in the name of said city and under its seal, to enter into a con-
tract vdth said successful bidder for the performance of said work.
Reference is hereby made to the resolution orderinZ said work, adopted by said
City Council on the ~th day of ~arch, 19~, for the general prevailing rates of per diem
wages and the general prevailing rates for legal holiday and overtime work applicable to
said work and for other provisions required ~y law to be inserted in tae contract for. said
work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, the let day of April, 1946, by the
following vote:
