RESOLVED 'by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city hereby accepts that certain deed w~.erein J. A. Joha~sen and Hazel E. Johansen, ~is
wi~e, convey to said city, for street purposes, the following descrmoed property:
Ail that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco
Cou~ty of San l~iateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Begin at a point in the southwesterly line of ?ark ~' ~

said Park ?~ay, lot and block are designated on that certain map entitled "Parkway Terrace,

Running thence from said point of beginning South 42 degrees 46 minutes ?~est

a point; thence South 18 degrees S~ minutes Yfest ~29.25 feet to a point; thence on the arc
of a ctu~ve to the right, tangent to said last mentioned co~rse at said last mentioned
point, having a radius of 47.6S feet, an arc distance of 4~.1~ feet; thence South 71 degre

F~xcepting therefrom so much of t~e herein described property as lies within the
boundaries of that certain 0.09~ acre tract of land described as Parcel 2 in deed from
South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation, to the Ci~-y and County
of San Francisco, a municipal corporation, by deed dated September 2~, 19~, and recorded
November 20. 195~, Recorder's file No. 69201C.
The first above described parcel of land is hereby conveyed subject to the
ri~t of way of record to City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified
copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the Count~,
of San ~ateo, California.
I hereby certify float the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of ti~e City of South San Francisco, this lSth day of April,
1946, by the following vote:
