RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
hereby requests the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, to execute to
said City of South San Francisco a deed conveying an easement for the purpose of construct-
ing, re constructi l
n~. and maintaining a public street or highway over and upon all that cer-
tain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
A portion of that certain 0.093 acre tract of land described as:
Beginning at a point marking the southeasterly corner of said 0.093 acre tract
of land;
Running thence from said point of beginning North 74 degrees 87 minutes West,
along ti~e southeasterly line of said 0.093 acre tract, ~4.71 feet to a point thereon;
thence leaving said last mentioned line North 71 degrees 03 minutes East 1.33 feet~ thence
on the arc of a curve to the left, taagent to said last mentioned, course at said last mentioned
point, having a radius of 4~.14 feet to a point in the northeasterly line of said 0.093 acre
tract; thence South 74 degrees 2V minutes East, along said last mentioned line, 2.95 feet to
the most northeasterly corner of said tract; thenco South 15 degrees 33 minutes West, along
the southeasterly line of said tract, 40 feet to the point 6f beginning.
Containing 0.01 acres of land, more or less.
