~¥~REAS, at a special municipal election held in the City of South San ?rancisco
on Tuesday, the 9th day of April, 1946, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 24~ of
said City of South San Francisco, the number of voters voting in each of the precincts in
said city hereinafter mentioned on the proposition mentioned in said 0rdinma ce No. ~4~,
and the number of votes cast for and against said proposition were as follow~:

Prancisco as follows:
That said proposition, to-wit, tt~e proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness
~e~ of America for tf~e object and puroose
of ~125, 000. 00 in lawful money of t!~e United St~'~ ° ~
of acquiring, constructing and completing by the City of South Sma Francisco, a municipal
corporation, a central police station amd acquiring the necessary ~,~rniture and equipment
for the same was, and this Oity Council hereby finds, determines afl declares that said
proposition, as aforesaid was rejected by the voters of said city.

I hereby certify that tho fore,[;oing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by ti~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 15ti-~ day of Aisril,
