RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation in the COUnty of San N-ateo, State of California, that public interest and
convenience re~uire and that it is the intention of said City ~ouncil to order the
following street work to be done in said city, to-wit:
That the portion of l~'airv.~ay Drive in said City of South San Francisco described

The Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to cause to be conspicuously posted

apart· but not less than t!zree (3) in all, notices of the passage of this resolution of inten-
tion. Said Superintendent of Streets is likewise directed to cause a notice· similar in sub-
stance, to be published bv~ four (~) insertions in "The Enterprise~', a weekly news-~, per _oub-
lished and circulated in said City of South S:~ Francisco, which newspaper is hereby designated
by said City Council as tho newsl~per in which s:.'.id Superintendent o'f Street's notice of
passage of this resolution sl~all be published.
