hereby accepts t}mt certain deed wherein J. A. Johansen a~'~d Hazel E. Johansen, h. is wife,
convey to said city, for street purposes, tn~e foll~}~_~ng describe{l property:
All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San }dateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
