respect to the purposes for vt!ich said area may be used, in the event tlzat said land r~y be
rezoned; and

The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all
land. situate in the City of South San Prancisco, County of San Nateo, State of California,
and described as follows:
Lot nusabered five .(o) in Block lettered "A" as shown ueon that certain map entitled:

in the office of t?~.e County Recorder of ti~e County of San Nateo, June 24, 1907, in 2cch [~. of

The regulations for the use of tf~e lm~d ]~erei~Toefore described are as follo~vs:
No building, structure, improvement or premises shall be used, and no b~::lding,
structure or improvement shall be erected, constructed, established, altered or en!arge~,
which is designed, arranged or int~'nded to be occupied for any other purpose -bh~-n for the
msintenance of what is commonly knovm as a 'motor court'.

Wi.!EREAS said City Council proposes -to rezone the land herein'before described in
accordance with the report of said City Planning Oonz?~_ission, hereinbefore set forth, and
to amend Ordinance No. 13V of the City of South San Prancisco entitled: "An ordinance
establishing industrial, business m~d residential districts in the City of South San Fz~=ncisco
and expressly repealin(~ Ordinance ?o..117 of the City of South San Francisco, passed Nay 4,
1925"
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Priday, 2day
~4, 1946, at the hour of ~:30 o'clock p.m., and tD_e Council Chamber in the City Hall of said
city be, and the sss. lo hereby are fixed as the time sad place when and ?~i~ere all persons
particularly interested, and -the zeneral public, nu?~y have an opportunity to be heard sad
ahow CaUSe why the land hereinbefore described should not be rezoned in accordance with said
report of the City Planning Commission.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to publiah by one insertion in "The Enterorise"
a newspaper of general circulation., printedand published in said City of South San Francisco,
a notice substantially in the following form:
