did, on t]~e ZZ, rd day of April, 1946, pass its resolution of intention '~'~[e. 1095 to order
improvement work described, in said resolution to be ~one in said city, vzi.~iei~ resolution
of intention was d~.~!y sm.d regularly pu~o!ished, as reeui~ed by law, as appears from the
affidavit of i~iyra ~. Spangler, now on file in the office of th~ City Clerk of said city.;

duly and regularly posted along th~- line of s~.id contem?lated work sa~'i improveme~ats an~
in front of all the pro?erty liable to be assessed t]~erefor, o~d alonf~ all the open
streets witi~in the district in said. resolution of intention ~]escribed, in t~e manner and
form required by law, as appe.~rs from the a f~'idavit of ][enry L...Sc.i~zeinin[~, Superintende
of Streets of said city, now o~ file in ti~e office of the ~ity ~lerk of ssld city; and.

day of April~ 1946, mailed by the City Clerk to all persons wi'~o, accordini[7 to the inform~
and belief of said City .~lerk, were 't.',~en the or, nors of all the property proposed to be
assessed to pay th~ costs of said v~rk, in the mariner and forte requiro~i by 'the "Zmprovom~
Act of 1911", as appears from tL.e affidavit of Dsniel J. Hyland, th~ City Clerk of said
city; and

City Clerk or by said City Council at any time;
