REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND ROBERT
AND KATHLEEN GIORGI FOR 212 BADEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, approval of the lease agreement will complete the series of actions necessary
to implement the land exchange process and development of a new 45,000-retail furniture store
on Baden Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency hereby approves a lease agreement between
the Redevelopment Agency and Robert and Kathleen Giorgi for 212 Baden.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd
day of August, 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Eugene R. Mullin and John R. Penna,
Vice Chair Joseph A. Fernekes and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
