RESOLUTION ACCEPTING

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San £ranoisco tT~t said cit]
hereby accepts that certain deed wherein J.A. Johansen and Hazel k. Johansen, his wife,
convey to said city all t~mt certain real property situate in thc City of South San Prat
cisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lot numbered one (1), as designated on tzm~t certain raap entitled: "Elm Covu-t,
C~ " " which map was filed i~ t he office of tho' County Recorder
South San Francisco, ~.~lmf. ,
of the County of San Narco, California, 1,{ay 8, 1945, in 3ook 25 of i,iaps at pa.se 48 th. ePs
Said city hereby aor~ ecs to pay to said J.A. Jonansen~ and Hazel ~'. Joha~sen thc
sum of Seventeen Hundred a~md Fifty Dollars ( $1750. 00 )for said land.
The Mayor of said city and the City Clerk are hermby authorized and directed
in the name of said cmoy, to draw a warrant upon the treasury of said city, payable to
said J.A. Joha~sen and Hazel E. Johansen, in said amount of Seventeen Hundred and Fifty
Dollars (~1750.00).
The C?ty Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed~ together with a certi-
fied copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of t.he County Recorder of
said county of San }.~ateo.
