RESOLUTION TO PURC~ASE OPTION FOR THE
PURPOSE TO PURCHASE L~D FROM GERTRUDE
E. SKRABLE AND BURMAN 8KRABLE.
RESOLVED by t~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco t~at said
city purchase of Gertrude E. Skrable and Burmah Skrable an option for the purchase
ef the land hereinafter described, for which land the purchase price shall be Five
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($B,2BO). T~e option Herein authorized shall
provide that it may be exercised at any time not later tnan the 15th day of October,
1946.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all those certain lots or
parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered Twenty-Six (26)and Twenty-seven (2V) in Block numbered
One Hundred Forty-one (141), as s~own upon that certain map entitled: "SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO CO. CAL. PLAT NO. 1. ", which map was 'filed in the 'office of
the County Recorder of tne County of San Mateo, State of California, on March 1,
1892, and recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereOy authorized to issue a warrant to said
Gertrude E. Skrable and Burmah Skrable fop said sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.001
upon the execution and delivery of such option to said City of South San Francisco.
On receipt of such option, said City Clerk is hereby directed to record
same in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introdUced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San FranciSco this 15t~ day of
July, 1946, by the following vote: .
