ACCEPTING DEED FROM RALPH AND
MARIE ZANON
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city hereby accepts that certain deed dated August 20, 1946, Wherein Ralph Zanon and
Marie Zanon, his wife, convey to said city an easement for the construction of storm
sewers in and over the following described property;
All that certain real property situate in the City of South Kan Francisco,
County of San ~ateo, State of California, and particularly describe~ as follows:
Five feet (5') in width, measured perpendicularly from, and along the
northerly line of Lot 13, Block 2, as such lot and block are designated on that
certain map entitled: "PARi9¥~AY TERRACE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA", which map
was filed for record in.the Office of the Recorder in the County of San Mateo, State of
California, December 23, 1926 in Book 14 of Maps at pages 63 and 64 thereof.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this deed~, together with a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County ~ecorder of the
County of San ~iateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 28th day of August,
1946, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, Geo. W. Holston, Leo Ferko, Chas. K. Elder, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen, None
Absent, Councilmen, Adolph Sani
