RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE
FISCAL YEAR 1946-194V
FOR
RESOLVED by the City Council of the ~ity of South San Francisco that the number
of cents to be paid to said City Of South San ~rancisco upon each One Hundred DoLlars
($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality within said City of South San
Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter
named, for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1946, and ending June 30, 1947, be, and the
same hereby are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND 0N' ALL PROPERTY CONTAINED ~THIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ALL
THE LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO BY A SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON
MARCH 13, 1916.

Said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of One
and 7~/100/(1.73) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said

municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of said City of South
San Francisco and on all property contained within the boundaries of all the land annexed
to said city by a special election held March 13, 1918, the same being the .aggregate of
the amounts set opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies One and 73/100 Dollars
($1.7~) upon each One Hundred Dollars (100.00) of the property mentioned in this paragraph
and taxable by said municipality.

Said 0ity Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of One
and 69/100 Dollars ($1.69) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable
by said municipality and contained within the boundaries of all property annexed to said
city between the 13th day of i~arch, 1916, and the 1st day of January,'1946, the same being
the aggrega~te of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies the sum of
One and 69/100 Dollars ($1.69) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of all property
taxable by said municipality within the boundaries of land so annexed to said city, as
aforesaid.
Said City Council hereby orders the sums of money, levied as aforesaid, to be
collected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of September,
19~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, Geo. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Oortesi.
