ACCEPTING DEED FROM JIM LARICCHIA
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city hereby accepts that certain deed dated August 31, 1946, wherein Jim Laricchia
conveys to said. City of South San Francisco an easement for the construction and main-
tenance of a storm water sewer in and through the following described land, to wit:
A strip of land five feet (5') in width bordering upon the northerly side of
the southerly boundary lines of Lots numbered One (1) and Three (3) in Block numbered
Eleven (ll), as shown upon that certain map hereinafter m~ntioned, and a strip of land
five feet (5') in width bordering upon the westerly side of the easterly boundary line
of said lot numbered three (3) in said Block numbered Eleven (ll), as shown upon that
certain map entitled: "SECTION WEST OF RAILROAD OF TOWN OF BADEN, PART OF RANCHO BURI
BURI, SAN MATE0 COUNTY, ~CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of San ~ateo, State of California, on the 30th day of November, 1891, and
recorded in Book E of Maps at page 62 thereof.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this deed, together~with a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County necorder of the
County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of Septembe~
1946, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Geo. W. Hols ton, Chas. K. EloPer, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortes~
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
