RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET STATE~ENT
' RESC~LVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
budget statement budgetting ~ Streets of ~aJor Importance funds in the amount of
Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000o00) for the acquisition of additional rights of
way in connection with the construction of the Grand Avenue underpass under the main
line tracks of the Southern Pacific Company, in the City of South San Francisco, here-
tofore submitted by Jno. H. Skeggs, District Engineer of the Division of Highways,
District IV be, and the same hereby is approved.
John E. Estes, Works Engineer of said city, is hereby authorized to sign said
project statement, in behalf of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing, resolubion was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 13th day of
September, 1946, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, Geo. W. Holston, Leo Ferko, Chas. K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortes
Noes, Councilmen, None
