RESOLUTION NO. 1145
RESOLUTION TO E~T~ INTO AN AGREEM~ENT WITH
DUNCAN~ METER CORPORATION FOR~ PARKING METERS.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City enter into an agreement, to be dated the 30th day of September, 1946, with
Duncan Meter Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Illinois, wherein said City will agree to lease from said Duncan Meter
Corporation two hundred sixty-six (268) Miller Multiple-Coin Parking Meters, which
agreement shall be in the form this day submitted to said City Council by said Duncan
Meter Corporation.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name
of said City and under its seal, to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 30th day of
September, 1946, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, Geo. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen, None
Absent, Councilmen, None
