RESOLUTION TO E~ER INTO AN AGREEmeNT WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CONSTRUCT,
MAINTAIN, AND USE A PUBLIC HIGHWAY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement ~th the State of California in which said city will permit the State
of California to construct, maintain, and use a public highway on and across all that certain
tract or parcel of land situate in the Cit~ of South San Francisco, County of San ~ateo, State
of California, and described as follows:
A portion of Sections 27 and 28, T. 3 S., R 6 W., ~. D. B. & ~., in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San ~ateo, described as follows:
c0m~.~.iEi~iCING at the southwesterly corner of Tide Lot 24 in said Section 2~, said point
being distant S. 89° ~V' 63" W., 96.58 feet from Engineer's Station 296½18.53 on the center-
line of the Department of Public Work's Survey for tile proposed hi~hway in South San Francisco
known as Bayshore Freeway and designated as Road IV-SN-68-SSF, themce from said point of com-
mencement along the southerly line of Tide Lot l~ in said Section 28, S. 89° 5~' 53" W., 18.8V
feet to a curve concentric with and ll5.00 feet westerly, measured radially from the centerline
of said survey; thence from a tangent that bears N.5° 02' 45.5" ~. along said curve to the right
with a radius of ~115 feet, through an angle of 0° 59' 46.5", a distance of 88.91 feet; thence
along a line parallel with and llS.00 feet westerly at right angles, from the centerline of
said survey, N. 4° 03' W., 726.86 feet to thes~utherly line of San Bruno Slough; thence along
said slough line S. ~9° 3~' E., 91.19 feet and S. 89° 33' E., 142.1~ feet to a lihe parallel with
and llS.00 feet e~sterly, at right angles, from the centerline of said survey; thence along
last said parallel line S. 4o 03' E., 691.88 feet; thence tangent to the last mentioned course
along a curve to the left co~centric with and llS.00 feet easterly, measured radially from
the centerline of said survey, said curve h~ving a radius of 4885 feet, thorough an angle of 1°
13' 5V,2", a distance of 106.09 feet to the soutt~rly line of said Lot 24; thence along the
last mentioned line of S. 89° 5V' 53" W., 212.05 feet to the uoint of commencement.
C0i'TAINING 4.9.30 acres, more or less.
Said agreement shall be in the form dated the 7th day of October, 1946, and this
day submitted to said City Council by the State of California.

of said city' of South. San Francisco and under its seal, to execute the agreement hereby
autho ri zed.
