RESOLUTION TPiAT SAID CITY EXECUtoR TO THE STATE
OF CALIFOR~iIA A DEED GRANTI~{G PRO~ERTY FOR
PURPOSES 0~ A ~REEWAY
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~'rancisco that said city
execute to the State of California a deed granting to said State of California the real propert~
hereinafter described for the purposes of ~a freeway, but subject to the limitations, provisions and
restrictions imposed by the Act of the Legislature of the State of California (Act
Statutes of 19~$, pa~e 1BO). The land hereinbefor'e referred to is situate in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San ~ateo, State of California and described as follows:
A portion of San Bruno Slough as designated on the Official ~ap of South San
Francisco, within Sections ~ and ~.8, T. ~ S., R. 8 W., ~'~i. D. B. & E., said portion being
described as follows:
CO~ENCING at Engineer's Station 286539.34 on the center line of the Department
Of Public Works survey for the proposed freeway in South San Francisco designsted ss Road IV-
S~_-68-SSF, said point of commencement being distant westerly along the northerly line of said
slough 836.3~ feet, more or less, from the mpst easterly corner of that certain 43.56 acre
tract of land conveyed to A. D. Schader by Deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company, a corporation, recorded August 20, 1945 in Volume 120~., at page 206, Official
Records of San ~ateo County; thence from said point of commencement along said northerly line
S. 89° 27' W., 15.30 feet and N. 81°3V, W., 102.12 feet to a line parallel with and ll5.00
feet westerly, at right angles from the centerline of said survey, thence along said parallel
line S. 4° 03' E 1V9.26 feet to the southerly line of said slough; thence along said
southerly line Si'V9° 33' E. 91.19 feet and S. 89°33' E., 142.15 feet to a line parallel
with and ll5.00 feet easterly, at right angles, from the centerline of said survey; thence
along last said parallel line N. 4°03, W., 183.29 feet to said northerly line; thnce along
said northerly line S. 89°27, W., 115.21 feet to the point of commencement. Containing
0.959 of an acre, more or less.
The ~a~or and City Clerk are hereby directed, in behalf of said city and under
its seal, to execute the deed hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 14th day of OctoOer,
