RIGITP 0F WAY CONTRACT V~ITH
STATE 0i~' CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city execute a right of way contract with the State of Ca~lifornia, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, which shall provide that the State of California, in con-
sideration of the grant of the laud described in the grant deed dated October 14, 1946,
and authorized at a meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day of October, 1946,
shall pay all escrow and recording fees incurred in that transaction and if title in-
surance is desired by the State, the premium therefor; and further that the State of
California shall take title subject to:
A). Federal jurisdiction over tidewaters and public rights of navigation
and fisheries.
B ). Limitations

(Act 9839 Statutes of 1935, page 129).
The ~v~ayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed in the name of said city
and under its seal to execute such agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~larly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fr. ancisco, this 22nd day of October,
1946, by the following vote:
