Changing ~ond of Tax Collector to Hartford
Accident & Indemnity Co.
R~S0LVED BT THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of South San Francisco that the bond of
Elizabeth 0ttenfteld, as tax collector of said city, with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company,
a corporation, as surety, in the mnount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000)~ be substituted in
place of the bond of said ~ Elizabeth 0ttenfield, with Fidelity and D~.~posit Company of Maryland,
a corporation, as surety, said substituation to become effective on the 1st day of January, 1947,
and that said bond, with said Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, be terminated at the
expiration of the 31st day of December, 1948.
I hereby certify that the foreging resolution was introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 30th day of December, 19~8, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: G.N.Ho~ston, Chas.E.Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen: None
Absent, Councilmen: None
