RESOLUTION NO. 116~
Accepting Deed from Wm. & Gussie Paddon
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City hereby
a~cepts the deed dated ovember 22, 1948, wherein Wm. Locke Paddon and Gussie ~. ay Paddon, his
wife, convey to said city of South San Francisco an easement for the constructmon and maintenance
of a sanitary sewer and storm water sewer in that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
A strip of land seven (7) feet in width bordering upon the southerly side of the entire
northerly line of Lot numbered Twenty (20) in Block n~mbered five (5), as shown upon that certain
map entitled: "MAP OF H]~GH SCHOOL PARK ADDITION TO SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", which re_ap was filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Sam Mateo, California, May 17, 1917, in
Book l0 of Maps at pages 15 and 16.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, ~ogether with a certified copy
of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the 0ounty of San
Mateo, California
I hereby certify that the forgoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 30th day of December, 1948, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: G.W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Gortesk
Noes, Councilmen: None
Absent, Councilmen: None
