ACCEPTING DE~D FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO IA ND & I~P. CO. LOT 20, BLOCK 79
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby
accepts that certain deed dated the 26th day of December, 1946, wherein South San Francisco
Land and ~mprovement Company, a corporation, conveys to said City of South San Francisco an
easement for the construction and maintenance of a ~ublic street or highway in and upon all
that certain real property situated in the City of Youth San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San ~fateo, State' of California, and more particularly described as follows:
CO~I~ENCING at a point which bears north 74° 27' west 89 feet, south 15° 3Z' west
60 feet, north 74° 27' west 252.54 feet and north 36° 48! west 238.84 feet from the most westerly
corner of Lot 20, Block 79 as delineated on that cePtain map entitled: "South San Francisco
San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat ~o. l" recorded ~arch l, 1892, at page 52 in Book 2 of ~iaps,
Sau ~ateo County Records; thence, from said point of conmmencement, north 36° 45' west 20 ~eet;
thence south ~3° l~' west 198.8~ feet; thence south 36° 45' east 20 feet; thence north 53~ 15'
east 198.84 feet to the ~hoint of commencement; containing 0.091 of an acre.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County iiecorder of San Mateo County, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco, on the 30th'day
of December, 1946, by the following vote:
