RESOLUTION NO. 1170
AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL WORKS AGENCY, BUREAU OF
COM~dUNITY FACI LITES, JOINTLY WITH CITY OF S ~fl~ BRUNO
RESOLVED by the City Council of the?fty of South San ~¥ancisco that said city enter
into an agreement with Federal Works Agency, Oureau of Community Facioities, BCF Form 405,
prescribed by Comptroller General, U. S. June 26, 1945, to request the Federal Works Agency
Bureau of Community Facilities, to advance Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to said
City of South San Francisco and the City of San Bruno for the purpose of plan preparation for
the construction of the public work described "Sewer Facilities - New sewage treatment plant",
to be located at the City of South San Francisco near said City of San ~runo, wkich agreement
shall be entered into jointly with said City of San Bruno.
The ~ayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement'in behalf of said Qity of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the forego~ing resolution was re&mlarly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the Oity of ~outh ~an Francisco this lSth day of Janizary, 1~47, by
the following vote;
